  • Before your visit, it is best to have eaten a snack or small meal and be well hydrated. Try not to consume caffeine or other stimulants before treatment. If you intend to exercise this day, try to do so in the morning or anytime before your treatment. After your treatment, do your best to consume plenty of water and stay hydrated. Providing feedback on this at your next appointment is great information for me to continue on the right diagnosis.
